WHAT ARE BIG CATS?
When you are trying to express a concept, language can really screw you up! For instance, there is no specific word for someone who is an excellent communicator, a cool person, and because of that, wildly successful in his/her social and relationships. In other words, a winner in what many people call the human jungle.

When two lions, tigers, or cougars encounter each other in their jungle, they slowly circle each other. With steely eyes, they carefully calculate which of them has the stronger survival skills. People in the human jungle do the same–some consciously, some unconsciously. However, they are not staring at size, sharp teeth, or claws. The crucial survival factor in survival in the human jungle is communication skills. So I call these people “Big Cats,” in a respectful sense.

A GREAT COMMUNICATOR – OR BIG CAT
To be a great communicator or Big Cat, you must always be conscious of yourself, the other person(s) and the subtleties of the current situation. Then you must harmonize all three before speaking or acting. It’s a touch challenge, but it is well worth the effort in giving pleasure and the rare gift of self esteem to everyone in your life.

A LOUSY COMMUNICATOR – OR LITTLE PUSS
There is another thing you must do to keep your Big Cat status. And that is, don’t do anything that could make you appear like an insensitive Little Puss.
